KEIZER, OR – Authorities are offering a reward of up to $3,000 for any information leading to the identification or capture of two individuals responsible for breaking into a Keizer firearms shop earlier this month. The burglary, which took place at a local firearms business, resulted in the theft of three firearms.
The incident, which occurred in the late hours, saw the suspects gain unauthorized access to the store and make off with several weapons. Local law enforcement is currently investigating the break-in and urges anyone with relevant information to come forward.
The reward is being offered through Crime Stoppers, a program designed to encourage community members to report criminal activity anonymously. Authorities hope the financial incentive will help generate new leads in the case.
“This is a serious crime, as firearms are involved, and we are concerned about the potential danger these stolen weapons could pose to the community,” said a spokesperson for the Keizer Police Department. “We urge anyone who may have seen something suspicious or knows anything about the individuals involved to contact us or Crime Stoppers.”
The stolen firearms are considered high-value items, and authorities are taking all necessary steps to track down the suspects and recover the weapons.
Anyone with information about the burglary is encouraged to call the Keizer Police Department or submit anonymous tips through the Crime Stoppers hotline. The investigation is ongoing, and law enforcement is committed to solving the case and ensuring the public’s safety.
Tips can be submitted online or by phone, and individuals providing information leading to an arrest may be eligible for the reward.
