Salem Man Shares Alcohol and Marijuana with Minors Before Fatal Joyride, Police Affidavit Reveals

Salem, OR – A 33-year-old Salem man took four minors on a dangerous joyride through Marion County’s backroads, sharing alcohol and marijuana with them before crashing his vehicle on Sunday evening, a police affidavit obtained by authorities has revealed. According to the police affidavit, one of the survivors of the crash provided investigators with details about the events leading up to the accident.
