Salem, OR – The Salem Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Priscilla Joann Aldana, a 43-year-old woman who has been missing since December 20.
Aldana was last seen around 4 p.m. near the intersection of Lancaster Drive and Hagers Grove Road SE. Authorities have expressed concern for her well-being, as she left behind her minor children and is without necessary medication.
Described as a Hispanic woman with black, curly hair and brown eyes, Aldana stands approximately 5-foot-8 and has a slender build. Police say her disappearance is out of character, and they are working to gather any information that could help locate her.
The Salem Police Department urges anyone who may have seen Aldana or knows her whereabouts to contact the Salem Police Tip Line at 503-588-8477. The department emphasized that all tips should be directed to this number to ensure they reach the detectives handling the case.
“Several posters are circulating asking the public to call alternate phone numbers and email addresses,” said the department’s information officer. “However, it is important that the public specifically call the Salem Police Tip Line so that the information is received by the detectives working on the investigation.”
As of now, authorities continue to search for Aldana and are relying on the community’s help to bring her home safely.
